The site visit is where accurate as-built drawings begin. A few small steps on your end help our technicians work quickly and capture every detail.
Before we arrive
- Clear access to all rooms, closets, and utility spaces
- Unlock gates, garages, and any exterior areas to be measured
- Note any spaces that require special access
- Gather any existing plans or permits you already have
During the visit
Our technicians use laser measurement tools to capture room dimensions, ceiling heights, window and door placements, and fixture locations. Most residential visits take one to three hours depending on square footage.
After the visit
We turn the field data into clean, dimensioned CAD drawings and deliver permit-ready PDF and DWG files, typically within 48 to 72 hours.
